Maintain total control over your personal information with Reborn.

Delete all your Reborn data

In accordance with App Store guidelines and GDPR, you have the right to request the strict and permanent deletion of all your data stored on our servers (your Reborn account, your progress, your levels, usage statistics, and other profile information associated with your Apple ID / Email).

Method 1: Delete from the Reborn App

This is the simplest and fastest method:

  1. Open the Reborn app on your iOS device.
  2. Go to your Settings or Profile.
  3. Tap on Manage Account.
  4. Select Delete my account and confirm. Your account and all associated data will be immediately erased from our production servers.

Method 2: Manual request

If you no longer have access to your device or the app, you can submit a manual request to completely delete your data.

Send an email to the address below from the email address linked to your Reborn account. Include "Data Deletion Request - Reborn" in the subject of the email.

We process manual requests within a maximum of 72 hours.

Export your progress data

If you wish to obtain a copy of the information we keep, your points (total points, streaks, completed routines), and your event scores, please send a message with the subject "Data Export Request - Reborn" to reborn.app.contact@gmail.com.

Please note that the Reborn app backend does not retain any raw health data (your daily step count remains confined to your device in an encrypted manner).
